Target
Background	The Fc γ R, a member of the Ig superfamily, is important in modulating immune responses. The three identified human Fcγ Rs are RI (CD64), RII (CD32), and RIII (CD16). CD32, or low affinity immunoglobulin Fc γ region receptor II-B, is composed of three genes, CD32A, B and C, and is expressed in B cells and myeloid dendritic cells. When co-linking CD32b on dendritic cells, maturation is inhibited and cell activation is prevented. Additionally, CD32b may have potential targets for monoclonal antibody therapy in malignant tumors. This recombinant protein, made from human Fc γ R ⅱ B /CD32b and expressed by HEK293 cell line, has been purified through several steps, filtered, and freeze-dried separately.
