Service Items
Antigen Design and synthesis: The antigen design before customization has a great influence on the specificity of antibody follow-up application. Absin provides a free Antigen design program, through the hydrophobic, transmembrane structure, protein structure prediction of antigen protein. Absin provides high purity peptide antigen synthesis, purity up to 90%, high purity soluble protein antigen expression service.
Polypeptide and small molecule coupling: For small molecule half antigen, provide coupling KLH, BSA, OVA and other services.
Preparation of monoclonal antibody: To provide mouse and rat monoclonal antibody customization, selection of highly efficient animals for cell fusion, subcellular screening to establish a stable monoclonal positive cell strains, the preparation of ascites, the use of proteina/g purified antibody.
Mouse monoclonal antibody delivery criteria: Elisa Valence ≥64k for Target fragment; 2-5 strains of monoclonal positive cell strains; Purified antibody 1mg (purified 1 strains).
Preparation of polyclonal antibody: Rabbits, mice, rats, chickens and many other hosts to choose from.
Rabbit anti delivery criteria: Elisa Valence ≥128k for Target fragment; Antigen affinity purified Antibody >5mg.
Antibody modified marker: Antibody fluorescence labeling and enzyme labeling, a variety of dyes can be selected to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Recombinant antibody expression: According to the customer sequence design reorganization mode, insert the company mammalian expression vector, add the unique high efficient signal peptide sequence, construct the recombinant carrier; Sequencing confirmation sequence is correct (we don’t provide carrier and signaling peptide sequences).Large plasmids of plasmid with non-endotoxin treatment, highly purified treatment, aseptic treatment and preparation of the carrier conforming to the quality of recombination; HEK293 or Cho small scale expression test; select suitable host for mass culture, purified cell culture supernatant, electrophoresis test results, aseptic processing delivery.
