Target
Background	B7-h3, also known as CD276, is a vital molecule in the B7-CD28 family of immune checkpoint molecules. This type I transmembrane glycoprotein consists of 316 amino acids and features a signal peptide of 28 amino acids, an extracellular region of 217 amino acids, a transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic domain of 45 amino acids. B7-h3 plays a dual role as a T cell co-inhibitory molecule with partial co-stimulatory function. It effectively suppresses the function of T cells and NK cells and plays a role in bone development. While it is expressed at low levels in normal tissue, B7-h3 is expressed in different types of malignant tumors, and this is closely related to cancer growth, metastasis, recurrence, and a poor prognosis. By down-regulating the T-assisted type 1 mediated immune response, inhibiting the activation of CD4+T cells, and inhibiting the production of cytokines, B7-h3 may help promote immune escape in cancer cells. Our product is made by recombinant expression of human B7-H3/CD276 in HEK293 cells. After multiple purification steps, sterilizing filtration, and the addition of 5% trehalose, it is freeze-dried separately to ensure optimal quality.
