Testing Principle：The double antibody sandwich ELISA technique is employed in this kit. The conjugate plate is coated with a specific anti-human IL-3 capture antibody, which has a high affinity. To perform the assay, the standard substance, the sample under examination, and the detection antibody labeled with biotin are sequentially added into the wells of the HRP-plate. The contents are thoroughly mixed and oscillated to ensure proper binding of IL-3 in the sample. The mixture is then incubated at room temperature for 2 hours to allow the IL-3 to combine with the solid phase antibody and the detection antibody. After incubation, the wells are extensively washed to remove any free or unbound components.
