This kit utilizes double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent detection technology to detect mouse CCL5/RANTES. The ELISA plate is pre-coated with a specific anti-mouse CCL5/RANTES antibody. Standards, test samples, and a biotinylated detection antibody are added to the wells of the enzyme-labeled plate. Mouse CCL5/RANTES present in the sample combines with the solid phase and detection antibodies to form an immune complex. After washing to remove unbound substances, horseradish peroxidase-labeled streptavidin is added, followed by chromogenic substrate to develop color. The reaction is then stopped, and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm wavelength. This test is a double antibody sandwich method and can detect CCL5/RANTES in cell supernatant, serum, and plasma. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well plate, standard, dilution buffer, color developing solution, washing solution, stop solution, SA-HRP, sealing film, and instructions.
