To analyze UBE2O protein expression in various cell lines, western blot was performed using anti-UBE2O antibody (abs115235) at a dilution of 1:1000. The secondary antibody used was HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10000. Lysates/proteins with a 25μg amount were loaded onto each lane.
