Data Examples

We performed Western blot analysis using the HK2 antibody (catalog number abs115212) at a dilution of 1:1000. Cell extracts from various cell lines were used, and each lane was loaded with 25ug of lysates/proteins. For the secondary antibody, we used HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10000. To block non-specific binding, we used a blocking buffer containing 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
