Application

We have various dilutions recommended for different applications. For instance, for WB, we suggest using a dilution of 1:500 to 2000. Similarly, for ELISA assays, a dilution of 1:500 to 1000 is advised. For IHC-P and IHC-F, we recommend using a dilution of 1:400 to 800. With IF, a dilution of 1:100 to 500 is suggested, but remember that for paraffin sections, you need to conduct antigen repair. These dilutions have been verified to give excellent results in their respective applications.
