Reconstitution

Before opening this vial, we recommend a brief centrifugation to settle the contents at the bottom. To reconstitute, use sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer with 0.1% BSA to achieve a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be separated into working aliquots and stored at temperatures ≤ -20 °C. Dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. Please note these instructions carefully to ensure optimal results.

Stability & Storage

To ensure the stability of this lyophilized preparation, it is recommended that it be stored at 2-8 °C. However, for long-term storage, it is preferable to keep it at -20 °C, and in a desiccated state if possible. Once the preparation has been reconstituted, it can remain stable for up to one week if stored at 2-8 °C. For maximum stability, it is advisable to divide the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store it at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid exposing the preparation to repeated freeze/thaw cycles as this can compromise its stability.
