Testing Principle：

This particular assay utilizes the double antibody sandwich ELISA technique. The conjugate plate comes preloaded with a highly specific anti-human CXCL13 capture antibody. To perform the assay, the standard substance, as well as the sample to be tested, are sequentially added to the plate, followed by the biotin-labeled detection antibody. After thorough mixing, the sample is incubated at room temperature for 2 hours, allowing the CXCL13 in the sample to bind with both the solid phase antibody and the detection antibody. To remove any unbound components, a thorough washing step is conducted. Next, horseradish peroxidase labeled streptavidin-HRP (SA-HRP) is introduced to the plate, followed by another round of washing. To initiate the color formation reaction, TMB color substrate is added to the plate and incubated in darkness at room temperature.
