Testing Principle：

This ELISA kit employs a double antibody sandwich method, specifically using anti-human CXCL13 Capture Antibody pre-packaged on a high-affinity conjugate plate. The standard substance, the sample to be tested, and the biotin labeled detection antibody are sequentially added into the HRP-plate well. The sample is then incubated at room temperature for 2-hours, allowing CXCL13 to bind to both the solid phase antibody and detection antibody. After extensive washing to eliminate any unbound ingredients, horseradish peroxidase-labeled streptavidin-HRP (SA-HRP) is introduced. Following another round of washing, TMB color substrate is added and then incubated in darkness at room temperature to develop color. The intensity of the color is positively proportional to the CXCL13 concentration in the sample. The reaction is stopped by adding a terminating solution, and the absorbance value is measured at a 450 nm detection wavelength (with a correction wavelength of 570-630 nm) using a microplate analyzer.
