Background	The tachykinin receptor gene family consists of genes that act as receptors for tachykinins. Variations in the 5'-end sequence determine receptor affinities. These receptors, known as neurokinin B receptors, interact with G proteins and possess seven hydrophobic transmembrane regions. Data Examples

In this study, we conducted Western blot analysis on different cell lines using TACR3 antibody (abs117744) at a dilution of 1:1000. We used HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) as the secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10000. The lysates and proteins used were 25ug per lane, and we blocked the membranes using 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. We detected the protein expression using ECL Basic Kit and exposed the membranes for 90 seconds. The results of this study provide important insights into the expression of TACR3 in different cell lines, which could help further our understanding of the biological functions of this gene.
