Reconstitution

To ensure proper mixing, we suggest briefly centrifuging the vial before opening it so that the contents settle at the bottom. Reconstitute the vial by adding sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer that contains 0.1% BSA, aiming for a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. It is recommended to divide the reconstituted solution into smaller working aliquots and store them at a temperature of equal to or below -20 °C. If further dilutions are required, use suitable buffered solutions.

Stability & Storage

The lyophilized form of this preparation can be stored at 2-8 °C, but for long term storage, it's advisable to keep it at -20 °C, and preferably in a desiccated state. Once reconstituted, the preparation is stable for up to seven days at 2-8 °C. However, to maximize its stability, the reconstituted preparation should be divided into working aliquots and stored at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to -70 °C. Additionally, it's essential to avoid exposing the preparation to repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
