Reconstitution

To ensure accurate results, it is crucial to always centrifuge tubes before opening them. Avoid mixing the contents by vortex or pipetting methods. Additionally, it is strongly advised not to reconstitute the protein to a concentration lower than 100 μg/ml. For proper dissolution, use ddH2O to dissolve the lyophilized protein.
