Description
Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure, while disodium hydrogen phosphate acts as a buffer solution. The growth media includes peptone, which is a source of nitrogen, vitamins, and growth factors. Additionally, dehydrated calf brain and water buffalo heart soaking powders provide alternate nitrogen sources. Glucose, on the other hand, serves as an energy source for various bacteria.

| Usage | First, measure out 38.5g of the product and transfer it into a container. Proceed by adding 1000ml of distilled water to the container and vigorously stir until the product is fully dissolved. Next, place the container in an autoclave and set the temperature to 121℃. Allow the product to autoclave for a duration of 15 minutes. Once the autoclaving process is complete, remove the container from the autoclave and carefully set it aside for further use. |
