Description
Bovine brain extract powder, bovine heart extract powder, peptone, and casein peptone are essential components used as a source of carbon and nitrogen, vitamins and other growth factors, necessary for bacterial growth in the medium. The mixture also contains disodium hydrogen phosphate, which acts as a buffer agent. Glucose, on the other hand, serves as a fermentable carbon source, while sodium chloride maintains the necessary osmotic pressure needed for the growth of bacterial cells. Finally, AGAR is used as a coagulant to solidify the medium.

| Usage | To prepare a solution, take 52.0g of the product and mix it in 1000ml of distilled water. Stir well until everything is dissolved and then autoclave the mixture at a temperature of 121℃ for 15 minutes. After that, set the solution aside for further use. This process will help to make sure that your solution is clean and safe to use. |
