Testing Principle：

This ELISA kit employs the double antibody sandwich method, using a specific anti-human CXCL13 Capture Antibody that is precoated on a high affinity conjugate plate. The procedure involves the addition of a standard substance, followed by the sample to be tested and a biotin labeled detection antibody into the well of the HRP plate. The CXCL13 in the sample binds to the solid phase antibody and detection antibody during a 2-hour incubation process. After washing out free and unbound components, a horseradish peroxidase labeled streptavidin-HRP (SA-HRP) is applied, followed by washing again. TMB color substrate is then added and incubated under dark conditions at room temperature to develop color. The depth of color reaction is proportional to the concentration of CXCL13 in the sample. To terminate the reaction, the termination solution is added, and the absorbance value is measured at a detection wavelength of 450 nm (with a correction wavelength of 570-630 nm), using a microplate analyzer.
