Testing Principle：

This kit is designed to utilize double antibody sandwich ELISA. The high affinity conjugate plate is preloaded with specific anti-human CXCL13 Capture Antibody. The sample to be tested, standard substance, and biotin labeled detection antibody are added to the HRP-plate well sequentially. Following thorough mixing, the sample is incubated at room temperature for a 2-hour period, allowing the CXCL13 to bind to the solid phase antibody and detection antibody. Once the free and unbound ingredients have been removed through a thorough washing process, horseradish peroxidase labeled streptavidin-HRP (SA-HRP) is then introduced. The washing process is repeated, and TMB color substrate is applied and allowed to incubate in the dark at room temperature, resulting in color development. The concentration of CXCL13 in the sample is positively correlated to the depth of color reaction. The reaction is terminated by the introduction of the termination solution, and the absorbance value is assessed at a detection wavelength of 450 nm (with a correction wavelength of 570-630 nm) utilizing a microplate analyzer.

Background：

IL-12 is composed of two genes, IL-12A (p35) and IL-12B (p40), which form a heterodimeric cytokine with four subunits.
