Testing Principle：

This double antibody sandwich ELISA kit utilizes a specific anti-human CXCL13 Capture Antibody that is prepackaged on a conjugate plate with high affinity. The procedure involves adding a standard substance, the sample to be tested, and a biotin-labeled detection antibody sequentially into the well of an HRP-plate. After thorough oscillation and mixing, the sample is incubated at room temperature for 2 hours, during which CXCL13 in the sample binds to both the solid phase antibody and the detection antibody.
