Other names	Cytohesin-3, also known as ARF nucleotide-binding site opener 3 or ARNO3, is a protein encoded by the CYTH3 gene in humans. It is also referred to as General receptor of phosphoinositides 1 or Grp1. The protein contains a PH (pleckstrin homology) domain, SEC7 domain, and coiled-coil domain. Cytohesin-3, or ARNO3, is involved in the regulation of cellular processes by interacting with phosphoinositides. Additionally, the protein has various alternative names such as CYH3_HUMAN, Protein ARNO3, PSCD3, SEC7 and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 3, SEC7 homolog C, Sec7-3, and Sec7c. It plays a critical role in intracellular signal transduction and vesicular trafficking. Its diverse range of functions makes it an interesting target for further research and exploration in the field of molecular biology.
