This protein is associated with various conditions such as DM2 (proximal myotonic myopathy), Erythroid differentiation related disorders, and PROMM. It is also known by the name Proximal myotonic myopathy nucleic acid binding protein. Additionally, it can be called RNF163, Sterol regulatory element binding protein, ZCCHC22, or Zinc finger protein 273.
