To perform Western blot analysis, extracts of various cell lines were used and probed with LAMP1 antibody (abs116169) at a dilution of 1:1000. HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10000 was used as the secondary antibody. Each lane was loaded with 25ug of lysates/proteins. 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST was used as a blocking buffer. The results showed that the LAMP1 antibody detected the protein of interest in all the cell lines tested.
