We performed Western blot analysis using DBH antibody (abs116197) at a dilution of 1:1000. The antibody specifically recognizes DBH protein in extracts of various cell lines. For the secondary antibody, we used HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10000. We loaded 25ug of lysates/proteins per lane and used a blocking buffer containing 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. To detect the protein bands, we used the ECL Basic Kit and exposed the blot for 10 seconds. This experimental setup allowed us to obtain accurate and reliable results.
