The LAL method was used to determine that the rMuMIF has less than 1 EU/μg. To convey the same information, a similar sentence can be generated by rearranging the words and phrases. For example, "The content of rMuMIF was found to be highly similar, with less than 1 EU/μg detected by the LAL method."

Reconstitution

Before opening this vial, we suggest briefly centrifuging it to ensure that the contents are settled at the bottom. To reconstitute, use sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer with 0.1% BSA, aiming for a concentration between 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. It is advisable to divide stock solutions into smaller working aliquots and store them at ≤ -20 °C. For further dilutions, appropriate buffered solutions should be used.

Stability & Storage

To ensure the stability of this lyophilized preparation, it is best kept at 2-8 °C. However, for longer term storage, it is recommended that the preparation is stored at -20 °C, preferably in a desiccated state. When reconstituted, the preparation can be stored for up to one week at 2-8 °C. For optimal stability, it is advised to separate the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store them at temperatures between -20 °C to -70 °C. Keep in mind to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles as this may compromise the stability of the preparation.
