Reconstitution

We advise that you give a brief spin to this vial prior to opening so as to settle the contents at the bottom. To achieve a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml, dissolve in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer with 0.1% BSA. It is recommended to divide the stock into working aliquots and keep them at a temperature of ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Stability & Storage

It is recommended to store this lyophilized preparation at 2-8 °C, but for long-term storage, it should be kept at -20 °C while keeping it dry. Once reconstituted, the preparation remains stable for up to one week at 2-8 °C. To maintain its stability, it is advised to divide the reconstituted preparation into smaller working aliquots and store them at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to -70 °C.
