Reconstitution

Before opening the vial, we suggest briefly centrifuging it to ensure that the contents settle at the bottom. Reconstitution should take place in a sterile, distilled water or buffered solution containing 0.1% BSA, to achieve a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/mL. Aliquots of the stock solution should be prepared for long-term storage at -20 °C or below. Any further dilution required should be made in an appropriate buffer solution.

Stability & Storage

To ensure the stability of this lyophilized preparation, it is recommended to store it at 2-8 °C. Long-term storage is preferred at -20 °C, and it should be kept desiccated. When reconstituted, the preparation can be stored for up to one week at 2-8 °C. It is best to divide the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots for optimal stability and store at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid repeating the freeze/thaw cycles to maintain the quality of the preparation.
