Reconstitution

To ensure proper mixing, it is recommended to briefly centrifuge the vial before opening so that the contents settle at the bottom. It is advisable to divide the solution into working aliquots and store them at temperatures ≤ -20°C. For further dilutions, use appropriate buffered solutions.

Stability & Storage

To ensure maximum stability and efficacy of this lyophilized preparation, it is recommended to store it at -20 °C for long-term storage, preferably in a desiccated state. Although it can be kept at 2-8 °C, it is best to keep it at a lower temperature for optimal results. Once reconstituted, the preparation can be stored for up to one week at 2-8 °C, but it is recommended that it be divided into working aliquots and stored at -20 °C to -70 °C for extended periods.
