Activity

Reconstitution

Prior to opening this vial, we suggest briefly centrifuging it to settle the contents at the bottom. To reconstitute, sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA should be used, and the resulting concentration should be in the range of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. It is a good practice to divide stock solutions into working aliquots and store them at temperatures lower than or equal to -20 °C. When making further dilutions, the appropriate buffered solutions ought to be used.

Stability & Storage

The lyophilized preparation can be stored at 2-8 °C, although for long-term storage, it is recommended to keep it at -20 °C and in a desiccated manner. Upon reconstitution, the preparation remains stable for up to one week at 2-8 °C. For optimal stability, it is advisable to distribute the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20 °C to -70 °C. It is essential to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to prevent loss of potency.
