Activity

This product is equivalent in its biological activity to the standard reference material. Our tests show that it is fully effective in stimulating chemotaxis in human peripheral blood lymphocytes at concentrations ranging from 10 to 100 ng/ml.

Reconstitution

Prior to opening, we suggest briefly centrifuging this vial to ensure the contents accumulate at the bottom. To reach a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL, reconstitute in sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer with 0.1 % BSA. Working aliquots should be made from the stock solutions, which should be kept at ≤ -20 °C. Appropriate buffered solutions should be used for further dilutions. Stability & Storage
