Description

This product is a special mixture of phosphatase inhibitors, including sodium fluoride, sodium orthvanadate, imidazole, sodium molybdate, sodium tartrate, sodium pyrophosphate, β- glycerin phosphate, broad-spectrum inhibition of non-specific acid and alkaline phosphatases, as well as specific tyrosine phosphatases, serine and threonine protein phosphatases, etc.

Usage

1) Before use, balance at room temperature until completely dissolved, and vibrate at low speed to ensure the uniformity of each component. 2) Add the sample solution (such as cell or tissue lysate) in a ratio of 1:100 (volume ratio).Or according to the purpose of the experiment, as well as the study of specific cells and tissues, through the experiment to explore and optimize the proportion of use. Note: DTT, EDTA and EGTA will affect the activity of sodium orthovanadate.
