High Glucose DMEM Medium

Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is an improved version of MEM Medium, specifically formulated to enhance cell growth and proliferation. It incorporates significant advancements in amino acid and vitamin content, as they have been precisely heightened by twofold and quadrupled, respectively, in comparison to its predecessor. This meticulous adjustment aims to provide cells with an enriched nutrient environment, promoting optimal conditions for their growth and viability. By increasing the availability of essential building blocks and cofactors required for cellular processes, DMEM offers a superior medium for culturing a diverse range of cell types, ensuring robust and reliable experimental outcomes.In addition, trace amounts of iron, non-essential amino acids, and sodium pyruvate were included. It incorporated a small quantity of iron, sodium pyruvate, and non-essential amino acids as well. Furthermore, sodium pyruvate, trace amounts of iron, and non-essential amino acids were also incorporated. The composition was supplemented with sodium pyruvate, trace amounts of iron, and non-essential amino acids. Fast-growing, low-adhesion cells, hybridoma myeloma cells, cloned cells, DNA-transfected transformed cells, various primary virus host cells, single cell culture, and vaccine production, such as CHO cell expression of EPO and production of hepatitis B vaccine, extensively utilize DMEM high-glucose medium.

The essential composition of this product comprises amino acids, vitamins, and inorganic salts that are crucial for cell propagation and maintenance. However, it is important to note that this supplement does not contain any growth factors, proteins, or lipids. Therefore, it is recommended to use this product in conjunction with serum or serum-free additives to promote optimal cell growth and development.
