Specificity

Our highly efficient His-Tag Mouse Monoclonal antibody is specifically designed to recognize and bind to endogenous levels of proteins that contain either an internal, C-terminal, or N-terminal 6His-tag. This antibody provides accurate detection and identification of 6His-tagged proteins, enabling researchers to study and analyze their functions with ease.

Application

Here's the rephrased content:
For Western blot, the recommended dilutions are between 1:3000 to 1:10000. As for IF/ICC, the ideal dilution is 1:200. For ELISA using peptides, the recommended dilution is between 1:20000 to 1:40000. These dilution ratios have been determined based on the original text information and are intended to generate accurate results.

For the usage of IP antibody, we recommend using 5ug of His Mouse IgG1 per ml Lysate for Western blotting at a dilution of 1:3000. We suggest using 5 different samples for your experiments, which include untransfected 293 cell lysate, transfected 293 cell lysate with His-tag fusion protein, and 3 different types of immune precipitation. The first immune precipitation will include untransfected 293 cells with anti-His monoclonal antibody and Protein G agarose, the second will have transfected 293 cells with normal Mouse IgG and Protein G agarose, and the third will contain transfected 293 cells with anti-His monoclonal antibody and Protein G agarose. Lastly, we recommend using recombinant protein (E.coli) sample for comparison in your experiments. By including these different samples, you can determine if the antibody accurately detects the His-tag fusion protein in the transfected cell lysate and also examine potential non-specific binding in different controls.
