The Western blot analysis involved the utilization of TNRC6A antibody (abs116975) at a dilution of 1:1000. Various cell lines were used, and their extracts were examined. The secondary antibody used was HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10000. For each lane, 25ug of lysates/proteins were loaded.
