The GPAM antibody (abs117292) was used at a 1:1000 dilution to analyze various cell line extracts by Western blot. A HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody was used at a 1:10000 dilution. Each lane contained 25ug of lysates/proteins. The blocking buffer was 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST and the ECL Basic Kit was used for detection. The exposure time was set at 30s. This method allowed for the detection of specific proteins in the cell lines tested.
