Reconstitution

Prior to opening this vial, it is recommended to briefly centrifuge it to bring the contents to the bottom. The reconstitution process should be carried out in sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer that contains 0.1% BSA to obtain a concentration of between 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be divided into working aliquots and stored at a temperature equal to or below -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Stability & Storage

To ensure the stability of this lyophilized preparation, it is recommended to store it at 2-8 °C. For long term storage, keeping it at -20 °C is ideal, and it should preferably be desiccated to maintain its quality. Once reconstituted, the preparation can be stored at 2-8 °C for up to one week. To maintain maximum stability, divide the reconstituted preparation into smaller working aliquots and store them at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid exposing the preparation to repeated freeze/thaw cycles as this may compromise its effectiveness.
