Activity

The standard and the tested sample showed full biological activity, with the latter proving to be highly similar to the former. The biologically active range for the tested sample was determined to be 10-100 ng/ml, which is within the same range as the standard.

Reconstitution

It is recommended to briefly centrifuge the vial before opening it, so that the contents settle at the bottom. The reconstitution process should be carried out using sterile distilled water or an aqueous buffer that contains 0.1% BSA. This should result in a concentration ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions must be divided into working aliquots and stored at temperatures below -20°C. For further dilution, buffered solutions should be used. Stability & Storage
