Protein Electrophoresis Kits

We have a range of protein analysis solutions to offer, including a 5X protein electrophoresis buffer 100ml for efficient separation of proteins. Our protein gel staining solution *100ml aids in easy visualization of protein bands, while the protein gel decolorization solution *100ml helps in removing excess stain from the gel. For convenient loading of samples, we also have a 4x loading buffer *10ml that you can use. All our products are designed for accurate and reliable protein analysis.

1. To prepare the Protein Electrophoresis Buffer 5X, start by taking 100mL of the solution and add distilled or deionized water to reach a total volume of 500mL. Mix well before use. Keep in mind that this product is highly concentrated and should be diluted before use.
2. Coomassie brilliant blue staining solution is ideal for staining proteins on gels. To use it, simply place the gel in an appropriate amount of the staining solution, making sure that it's completely covered. For best results, let the gel soak overnight at room temperature. Once you're ready to proceed, shake the gel slowly and remove the staining solution after use. You can reuse the staining solution 2-3 times, but the staining effect may vary slightly.
3. Loading Buffer 4X is a protein loading solution that's designed for use on SDS-PAGE gels. It contains SDS, β-mercaptoethanol, bromophenol blue, buffer salt solution, and other components. To use it, add 10μL of the loading buffer for every 10μL of protein sample (diluted 2x). If the protein concentration is too high, you can dilute the sample with double distilled water. After mixing, heat your sample in a 100℃ water bath for 3-5 minutes to denature your protein. Once cooled, centrifuge at 10000-14000rpm for 2-5 minutes, and take the supernatant for direct electrophoresis.
