Usage	To extract tissue samples, simply add 100ul of this product for every 10mg of tissue to facilitate cracking. Ensure that the content you generate closely reflects the original information provided. To ensure complete sample processing, tissue processors or other tissue processing devices can be utilized. In the case of cell samples, every 107 cells were lysed by the addition of 200ul of a specific product, followed by incubation at 4℃ for 20-30 minutes. Next, the lysed samples were centrifuged at 10000-14000rpm at 4℃ for 10 minutes, and the resulting supernatant was collected. It is recommended to repeat the centrifugation step for tissue lysates. Subsequently, the supernatant was used for determining the concentration of total BCA protein, and the remaining steps were carried out accordingly.
