Application
Mammalian cells, including adult stem cells, primary cells, immune cells, and hematopoietic stem cells, are commonly preserved through freezing. Along with these, various other cells are also cryopreserved.
Usage
Cryopreserving cells during the logarithmic growth phase has been found to greatly enhance the chances of successful recovery upon thawing. This method ensures that cells are at their most active and metabolizing state, which allows them to better withstand the freezing and thawing process. Researchers have reported higher survival rates and improved viability of cells when using this approach to cryopreservation. Therefore, selecting the logarithmic growth phase as the optimal time for cell cryopreservation can significantly improve the success of subsequent experiments and studies.
According to the traditional procedure, either the adherent cells or the suspended cells were gathered in a centrifugal tube. Let's generate a highly similar content by rearranging the preceding information, ensuring that the generated content is based on the original.
2. Centrifuge at 1000rpm-1500rpm for 5min, discard the supernatant.

Operation method of cell recovery:
1. Take out the frozen cells from the liquid nitrogen tank, immediately put them into 37℃ water bath or other cell recovery equipment, and quickly melt.
2. Prepare the centrifuge tube and add the cell culture medium with twice the volume of frozen cells. After the cells in the tube are completely melted, slowly add the frozen cell suspension into the centrifuge tube.
3. Centrifuge at 1200-1500rpm for 5min, discard supernatant.
4. Add an appropriate amount of fresh medium, use pipette to slowly suspend the cells, and transfect the cells into a cell culture dish/bottle, observe the cell status under a microscope, and put them into a cell incubator for culture.
The cell status was observed 5 and 24 hours later, and the fresh cell culture medium was replaced.
General Notes

1, this product can be used for conventional cell cryopreservation, -80℃ can be long-term preservation, cell survival rate in 90-98%.

2. After adding cells with this product, the storage time at room temperature should be reduced as far as possible, and the storage should be moved to -80℃ as soon as possible.

3. For the cryopreservation of stem cells (ES cells) and primary cells, it is recommended that the cells to be cryopreserved should be experimentally cryopreserved and cultured for at least one week before use, and the effect should be confirmed before mass cryopreservation.

4, this product contains 10%DMSO, some of the cells sensitive to DMSO, it is suggested to do a preliminary experiment, confirm the effect before a large number of formal use.

5. For new cell types that have not been preserved, it is recommended to freeze some cells in serum containing cryopreservation solution to avoid possible accidents when using this product.

6, the use of frozen liquid should be in the clean workbench aseptic operation.

7. For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves for operation.
