Procedure of cell cryopreservation:
The conventional methods were used to collect the adherent cells or suspension cells of logarithmic stage in test tubes.
To determine the amount of cells to be frozen, we took into consideration the density of the cultured cells as well as the size of the cryopreservation tube. By considering these factors, we were able to determine the appropriate number of cells to be frozen in each tube for optimal preservation.
To collect the cell precipitates, the recommended amount of cell suspension was loaded into a centrifugal tube and centrifuged at a speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for a duration of 5 minutes. Once the centrifugation process was complete, the supernatant in the tube was emptied completely, leaving behind the cell precipitates collected at the bottom.

To properly cryopreserve cells, it's essential to follow a strict protocol. First, you need to prepare labeled cryopreserved tubes. Next, it's time to freeze the tubes properly. It's best to cool the tubes gradually, step by step. Start by cooling them to 4℃, followed by -20℃, and then finally to -80℃.
