Testing Principle

The method utilized in this kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay employing a high affinity plate pre-coated with a specific anti-human IL-12 p70 antibody. After another washing step, a chromogenic substrate is added to initiate color development in the absence of light.
