Product introduction

The mixing process of this product is incredibly user-friendly and convenient. Instead of having to measure out different liquids and amounts, this product comes with a premixed formula of upper and lower glue that just requires equal volume mixing. Additionally, an improved coagulant is included in the kit that eliminates the need for TEMED during dispensing, thereby avoiding any unpleasant odors. The coagulant has excellent stability and catalytic efficiency, ensuring that it remains effective for over three months even after opening, and can be stored at a temperature of only 4℃. The upper layer tape is color-coded for easy identification, with a clear sample hole for hassle-free sampling. Overall, this product is a game-changer in terms of simplifying the multi-component process without compromising quality or efficiency.

With 0.75mm gel as the reagent, approximately 125 gums can be produced. This example highlights the ability to prepare a substantial amount of gums using this specific reagent.

Product features

Prepare red or green superglue to color-code sample holes and easily distinguish between different gels. This makes sampling and distinguishing between samples more convenient and efficient.

The gluing process can be easily done in a short time with the use of color PAGE gel. No complicated calculations or configurations are needed. Simply mix equal amounts of gel solution and buffer solution and add a small amount of coagulant. It is a simple process that anyone can easily operate without any difficulty.

The coagulant used in this process is not only stable and highly efficient, but it is also environmentally friendly, avoiding the use of TEMED, which eliminates unpleasant odors. Additionally, this coagulant boasts a longer shelf life, remaining stable even when stored at 4 degrees. The gel produced is uniformly solid and has excellent elasticity, making it resistant to breakage. Furthermore, the resulting electrophoretic protein band is visually appealing and produces beautiful results. All of these factors contribute to a more efficient and effective process, while also ensuring environmental protection.

Clear bands: Protein bands that are formed by small molecules are more distinct and easily observable.

The process of producing glue, using a small piece of 0.75/1.0/1.5mm mini glue as an illustration, involves several steps. To begin with, the raw materials for glue production, such as polymers, resins, solvents, and additives, are gathered. These materials are carefully selected to ensure the desired properties of the glue.
The next step involves the mixing of the raw materials. They are combined in specific proportions in a mixing vessel. The mixing process is crucial as it determines the consistency and adhesive properties of the glue. The mixture is stirred continuously until a homogeneous blend is achieved.
Once the mixing is complete, the glue mixture undergoes a heating process. It is placed in a reactor or a kettle where it is heated to a specific temperature. The heating process helps in activating the chemical reactions between the components of the glue mixture, resulting in the desired adhesive properties.
After the heating process, the glue mixture is cooled down. This helps in solidifying the glue and enhancing its adhesive strength. The temperature at which the glue is cooled plays a significant role in determining its final properties.
Once the glue mixture is cooled and solidified, it is shaped into small pieces. In the case of mini glue sticks measuring 0.75/1.0/1.5mm, the mixture is typically poured into molds of the desired shape and size. The molds are then cooled, allowing the glue to harden and take the form of mini sticks.
Finally, the mini glue sticks are packaged and ready for distribution. They are typically sealed in airtight containers or tubes to prevent drying out. The packaging process ensures that the glue sticks remain intact and ready to use whenever needed.
Overall, the process of making glue involves selecting and mixing the raw materials, heating and cooling the mixture, shaping it into the desired form, and packaging it for distribution.

To prepare the underlayer glue solution, combine equal volumes (2.0/2.7/4.0ml) of the underlayer glue solution and the underlayer glue buffer solution. Mix them thoroughly to obtain a homogenous mixture.

In Step 1, mix the solution thoroughly. Then, add 40/60/80 μL of modified coagulant to the mixture and ensure proper mixing. It is important to note that if the room temperature exceeds 20℃, the amount of improved coagulant should be reduced by half to avoid fast gel condensation.

3. The step 2 mixture injection system in the glass glue, liquid level and short glass along the distance is longer than the comb tooth can be 0.5 cm (note: this solution is too much, do not all injection, can be a little in plastic cup, to determine the glue solidification condition), adding suitable amount of water or alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, etc.) covering on the lower rubber;

4. After the lower layer of glue is solidified (about 5~10 min), remove the upper layer of water or alcohol and blot the residual water or alcohol with filter paper strips; Note: When there is a ray of refraction between the water (alcohol) and the gelatin, the gelatin is said to be set.

5. Take equal volume of superlayer glue solution and color superlayer glue buffer solution, each 0.5/0.75/1.0mL, and mix well; Note: Due to the special physical and chemical properties of the dye, please shake well before use

6. Add 10/15/20 μL of modified coagulant to the mixed solution in Step 5 and mix.

7. Pour the mixed solution of Step 6 into the rubber glass plate and insert into the comb;

8. After the upper glue is solidified (about 10~15 min), the comb teeth can be removed for electrophoresis. Note: Use a freshly prepared electrophoresis buffer whenever possible

Preservation conditions

The product is transported at room temperature; Stored at 4℃ (modified coagulant stored at -20℃) for one year; (The improved coagulant can be stored for 3 months at 4℃)
